The adjusting settlements of Harriman Dome and Lunacent make up a bulk of the population on Heinlein. While the top side of the domes hosts a number of enclosed arcology structures and buildings that nearly touch the height of the domes, most of the settlement is actually found underground where the settlers reside more securely and away from long-term radiation exposure.
Harriman dome's topside isn't the most impressive, taken up by a transportation link as Harriman station acts as the colony's transportation hub where all maglev trains pass through. A fusion reactor, food production factories, and air recycling plants are found beneath the surface level. Further underground, Harriman dome hosts a shopping complex with expensive restaurants, shops, and clubs. Both the famed Earthrise Hotel and Wyldside are also found here.
Lunacent is the largest dome on Heinlein, maintaining much of the colony's administrative and residential levels. The New Angeles Plaza is where the district manager and NAPD offices are found. The surface of the dome features a painstakingly maintained green space with live oak trees, known as Prosperity Memorial Park. Many megacorporation offices are found here, including that of Weyland Consortium subsidiary Argus Security Inc and Haas-Bioroid.

Earthrise Hotel
Earthrise Hotel is one of the popular destinations for tourists on Heinlein, featuring an impressive view of the Earth from the Moon. The hotel itself is high-end, requiring some forward reservations and a notable credit account to book a room. The rooms are highly furnished with every configuration available, making it perfect for couples making Heinlein their honeymoon and large family vacations. The hotel puts a lot of effort into keeping its guests to the comfort of the hotel, which features a fully-equipped spa, fitness facilities, small boutique shops, and a business centre.
Club Earthrise, found on the upper levels of the hotel provides the best view of Earth. Patrons will find the bar and restaurant high priced, featuring fine cuisine and nightly live shows. The club often features classical jazz, given the establishment a cool and relaxing vibe. Locals are rarely found here, making the hotel a strict tourist venue.
Prosperity Memorial Park
The old-fashioned park is reminiscent of city parks found over a century ago. Trim green grass with a large abundance of oak trees in an open space with only the dome ceiling overhead. The winding path cutting through the park is done with paved cement, complete with a bike trail and park benches alongside, and some paths even branch out to sky walkways that go above the trees. Despite the low gravity level, visitors are heavily discouraged from jumping down these walkways and are advised to take the proper way down.

Club Starburst
For those who can't get enough of space, Club Starburst is a space-themed dance club with heavy disco leanings. The popular club is found in the top sub-levels of Lunacent and is a huge draw for tourists. Its holographic projection roof operates similarly to a planetarium, showing a thick cluster of stars in space and making its guests feel like they're constantly gliding through the galaxy effortlessly. There will be the occasional moons, comets, and asteroids that may glide past the dance floor. Several far-away planets are also featured on this 'journey', albeit they are depicted with very liberal interpretations of the environments and life found there.

Zap Zone is an entertainment centre that specializes in simulated combat sports. The business features several large rooms with various padded obstacles, platforms, and boxes that look very unimpressive at first sight. With the aid of virtual goggles (provided on-site) or brain-machine interfaces, the space can transform the terrain into any sort of setting the customers may desire through life-like augmented reality, as well as taking advantage of the low-gravity. The facilities provide their customers with tag lasers and foam weapons to fulfill their games. The Zap Zone sees a good amount of business all year round from its locals.

Wyldside
Heinlein does feature a rowdy nightlife and it is tucked away in hidden corners of the colony, often found underground below the habitat quarters. The Wyldside enjoys a great amount of fame and equal notoriety all around the solar system. It is said that the club was the birthplace of the 'Wylder' g-mod subculture, a movement of people who have taken biomodification with animal traits and features. It's not surprising to see many of the customers at the club sporting their most exotic and flashy g-mods, sometimes sporting additions such as fangs, fur, and tails. The club is quite rowdy and wild, which is expected given its theme and clientele.
Its popularity grew as the subculture spread to Earth. G-mods are not required to enter the club but the g-modders at Wyldside aren't shy about offering tips or contacts to engineers who might provide the best body modifications. It is said that there have been plenty of young tourists who have spent a weekend at Wyldside only to earn the ire of their parents and end up giving good business to g-mod removal clinics as a result.
