A message from Mayor Alice Delgado
"When I went forward with my plan to renew development on Heinlein, my office and I put together a committee of talented and bright individuals from New Angeles. I wanted to be sure that nothing would be overlooked and the news of both New Angeles and the local residents of Heinlein would be considered. In time, it is my hope that will benefit all New Angelinos, both the ones who have put their trust in me and those I ask to give me an opportunity to earn theirs.
