The Delgado family has had a storied history of being on both sides of the law, generally seen as upstanding members of society who had made a turn for the better ever since their involvement with the NAPD. Alice Delgado had never any criminal dealings in her history and began her career on the streets before skills as a community leader had quickly ascended her up the ranks of the police force. The NAPD made the difficult choice of moving her on rotation to Heinlein and Alice took the opportunity to ply her diplomatic skills with the local Loonies. While she wasn't able to change much, the community was generally more receptive to her and there was renewed cooperation between groups. She ultimately ascended to the rank of deputy commissioner and served for a few years before stepping from the force, moving to the private section to serve as a consultant. When it came time to elect a new mayor, she pulled her contacts to get the support she needed, and her platform calling for administrative reform did the rest.

Alice Delgado's venture into the private sector was brief but it seemed she had taken well to it, often finding a way to addressing people as diplomatically as possible while pushing her intentions in the undercurrent of her words. Everything spoken is purposeful. Her days of patrolling the streets and making her rounds with the local community are behind her but she still makes use of her talents for another audience. She's professional and often dressed well, favouring suits that are solid in colour and authoritative in design. Perhaps the only time that she's alone now is when she's at her office, often patrolled by a following of assistants, security, and sponsors.

Thomas Haas is well-known as Director Cynthia Haas’s only child and the heir to the Haas-Bioroid industry. While Thomas spends a lot of time in the public eye due to his association with the megacorporation, much of it is spent disappointing his mother in many ways. Thomas has been enrolled in Levy University, although he doesn’t exactly spend much time on the University grounds unless there's a party to attend. There have been stories that the heir spends a great amount of time carousing around the popular clubs of New Angeles and living a life of pleasure with his constant spending, the poster child of a spoiled ristie. However, when the time calls for it, he does serve as a charming and eloquent PR face for Haas-Bioroid.

The prince of the Haas-Bioroid kingdom is dashing and handsome with good looks. His amount of wealth admittedly allows for some G-modded alterations to be done to further his natural good looks. He does pay good attention to his appearance and has a great physique to prove it. Even without the rumours of wild parties, he would have easily earned the attention of the media’s eye on the NBN. He appears to be lackadaisical and easygoing, appearing hardly bothered by the mountain of responsibility he will possess in the future.

Elizabeth Mills appeared to be well-mannered and civil in public with a sort of easy smile that makes her appear either easy-going or perhaps in complete control of her life. She seems to only appear when there is some business to be done, ready to manage, and delegate. It appears that black is often her favourite colour and she almost never deviates from her tailored corporate suits when it comes to her fashion choices.

As construction executive of the Weyland Consortium, her duties include interacting with clients and shareholders as one of the many public faces of the company. Much of her duties also include a great deal of internal management which includes overseeing the various ongoing projects under the umbrella of the megacorporation, dealing with budgets, and partners. Her duties are numerous at the very least and likely only the tip of the iceberg. Her specialty is in contracting and urban development. It is said that she had been attached to many projects of the mayor's, including the newly constructed Serenity Urban Park in Guayaquil. It seems likely she is a member of the Board.

Andrew Waller is one of the Loonie fixtures in Heinlein, operating Waller Scraps and Parts in the Docklands. He isn’t one for small talk and gets attempts to get to the point with his conversation, possessing a severe demeanour with little time for niceties. Often, he just has his presence and actions speak for themselves. Like most people operating in the docklands, he tends to keep his affairs private. He’s a hard man to reach, preferring to let his employees and aides hand everything on the business side while he keeps to his office.

He stands at an imposing height with broad shoulders and an ageing athletic build, seemingly aided by some g-mod treatments that kept a lot of bulk on his body. When speaking to him, he's a man that lacks pleasant things to say and speaks in a gruff tone. His beard is kept trim and his hair short with a few patches of grey buried in a few places. He often dresses for working life on Luna, favouring rugged wear or work clothes and at times just a vacuum suit. The scent of chewing tobacco and grease comes off rather strongly if standing next to him.
