Rolling brownouts are affecting many parts of Heinlein as undergo testing and power redistribution. While life-support and security systems are not affected, this does cause some annoyance to residents and visitors as Network connection fluctuates throughout the day. The Earthrise Hotel, tourist hotels, and various other resorts are not affected by this inconvenience.
